  The Argentina native stepped up to hit a shot at goal while out with the family but ended up scuppering her effort, smacking it off the bar after giving the ball a good whack. The 30-year-old took it all in good humour, though, as she laughed off the miss.

  Rodriguez shared the video in an Instagram post alongside images from her trip to watch Ronaldo in action for Al-Nassr against Al-Hilal in the Riyadh Season Cup final. Just like Rodriguez's shot, the showdown did not go the Portugal icon's way as his side were beaten by Al-Hilal. He let his anger get the better of him as he reacted to supporters chanting Lionel Messi's name and even rubbed a scarf on his crotch and threw it back as he walked down the tunnel.

  WHAT NEXT FOR RONALDO?

  The 39-year-old will hope to have more luck next time out as his side prepare for their AFC Champions League match against Al-Feiha next week. They will then return to Saudi Pro League action with a game against Al-Fateh.
